We are a small team and carefully prepare each order with great attention to detail. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and shipped from Austria or Hungary using the shipping option selected at checkout.

    As many of our pieces are delicate and vintage in nature, every item is packaged with extra protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and may vary accordingly.

  • Shipping

    We work with trusted courier services such as the Austrian Post, DHL and UPS. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in our prices and may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees required for delivery.

  • Returns - Refunds

    We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at infoantiklaedle@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly assist you and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.
